BB Bakery have become a triple threat! First the beautiful Tea Salon in Covent Garden offering some of the best sweet pastries in London, then the Afternoon Tea Bus Tours. Now they offer an Afternoon Tea Boat Tour along the Thames.
Prices are £75 for adults (Includes a glass of champagne) and £65 for children. This isn’t a cheap day out, but it is a fun day if you want to treat someone. Prices correct as of Sept 2015.
The tour lasts around 3 hours and takes you to see sights such as Big Ben, the London Eye, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, the Shard and London Bridge. On our particular tour we went as far as the O2!
We were on the Elizabethan, but they also use a boat called the Edwardian. The boat had two floors so it wasn’t cramped, and there was lots of outside space to enjoy the views. There was even a tour guide that helped us learn more about the sights.
Overall, it was a brilliant day. Other guests on the boat were celebrating birthdays and anniversaries and everyone I spoke to were very happy customers.
The boat tours take place in the Summer months, and the 2016 dates are: 24th April, 30th April, 11th June, 30th July, 31st July, 13th August, 10th September. You can book now via their website.
